1. Use of the Application

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Music Player – Audio Player (“Application”) solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Application

  • Use the Application for unlawful, unauthorized, or harmful purposes

  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, or Apple App Store policies

All intellectual property rights in the Application, including but not limited to content, design, and branding, remain the property of Priya Sakhiya.

2. Core Functionality

The Application allows users to:

  • Detect and list audio files stored locally on their devices

  • Play music offline without internet connectivity

  • Access additional premium features (e.g., ad-free listening, HD audio, offline mode, advanced equalizer) via in-app purchase

The Application does not stream, upload, or download media files. It only accesses files locally stored on your device for playback purposes.

3. Permissions and Data Collection

To provide core and premium functionality, the Application may request the following permissions:

  • Media/Storage Access: To scan and play music files stored on your device

  • Network Access: Required for analytics, crash reporting, in-app purchase validation, and advertising services

We do not collect personally identifiable information. However, the Application may collect anonymous or device-level data for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and purchase verification.

4. In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features, including a lifetime purchase option.

  • All purchases are managed and processed securely by Apple App Store.

  • We do not access or store your payment details.

  • Purchases may be restored on a new device using the “Restore Purchases” option.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to Apple’s refund policy.

5. Third-Party Services

To improve performance and ensure stability, the Application uses third-party services including:

  • Apple App Store (In-App Purchases)

  • Google AdMob (for ads)

  • Firebase Analytics (usage insights)

  • Firebase Crashlytics (crash logging)

  • Google Play Services (infrastructure support)

Each service collects and processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

6. Tracking & User Consent

In compliance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the Application:

  • Requests permission before using advertising identifiers (IDFA)

  • Disables tracking if permission is not granted

  • Does not share personal data beyond what is required to serve ads or enable analytics

You may update tracking preferences anytime in your device settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide a reliable user experience, but we are not liable for:

  • Loss of data or audio files from use of the Application

  • Compatibility issues with certain iOS versions or devices

  • Performance issues on modified or jailbroken devices

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your media files.

8. Updates and Availability

We may release updates to improve functionality or comply with policy changes. Continued use of the Application may require installing the latest version. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Application if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Application.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
